IQF White and Brown Cap Mushrooms Un-blanched, scalded, blanched, either sliced, diced, whole or quartered. IQF Exotic Mushrooms On their own or blended Shitake quarters, Shitake sliced, Nameko, Oyster chunks, Whole Baby Oyster and Black Fungus.

IQF Wild Mushrooms On their own or blended Cep/Porcini, Fairy Rings, Chanterelles and Morel. Pasteurised Whole, sliced or diced. Dried Cep/Porcini, Chanterelles, Shitake, Morel, Black Fungus and Forest Harvest Mix.

Our mushrooms can be supplied sliced, diced or whole and are used in all kinds of foods from pizza toppings to mushroom soups and sauces.

Orchidwood mushrooms are sourced almost entirely from France, Belgium and Holland, using partner growers who meet our rigid high quality standards. Mushrooms are processed within 24 hours of harvesting to ensure the freshest possible product for our customers.
